Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

Mountain biking is an inherently dangerous activity with a risk of serious injury or death. By participating, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept these risks and agree to release and hold harmless the Event organizers, sponsors, partners, staff, and volunteers from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in the Event, except where prohibited by law.

If you choose to cancel your participation, no refunds will be issued unless explicitly stated at the time of registration.
