By registering for and participating in the Transazteca MTB Stage Race, you:
 

• Acknowledge and assume all risks associated with the Event, including but not limited to crashes, collisions, equipment failure, weather conditions, wildlife encounters, and terrain hazards.
   

• Agree to wear all mandatory safety equipment (including Full Face Helmets and Back Protection) and follow all instructions provided by Event staff.
   

• Accept that the Event organizers, sponsors, partners, staff, and volunteers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation, except where prohibited by law.
